When the item arrives back at our facility, our dedicated team will conduct a thorough inspection. This validation process takes up to 24 hours to assess the exact condition of the returned item. Following this inspection, we will proceed with one of two options depending on product availability:
- Replacement: If the item is currently in stock, we will immediately package and ship a brand-new replacement piece to your address.
- Full Refund: If the specific item is completely unavailable, or if the structural damage is entirely beyond repair, we will proceed with a full refund of your purchase price.

Once our warehouse team completes the 24-hour inspection and confirms that a refund is necessary, we will contact you directly via email. We will request that you provide your preferred bank account details, including the bank name, account holder name, and account number.
As soon as we receive these valid details from you, our team will manually initiate a secure bank transfer for the full purchase amount. After the transfer is processed on our end, the time it takes for the funds to show up in your personal account depends entirely on your banking institution. Typically, it takes up to 5 to 6 business days for the balance to reflect in your account, driven by standard banking procedures within Hong Kong. We do not deduct any administrative or restocking fees, ensuring you receive back every dollar you paid at your doorstep.
