However, slight variations may occur, and we do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely error-free.
We reserve the right to limit the order quantities on any item or refuse service to any individual if we suspect unusual ordering patterns or activity that disrupts our standard business operations. All orders are subject to stock availability, and we will communicate promptly if an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed.
Fulfillment
We recognize how important timely delivery is for your home styling needs. Our dedicated fulfillment process is designed around a structured and reliable timeline. Once your order is confirmed, we require 1 business day for cautious packaging and preparation at our facility. Following this processing phase, the transit period takes an additional 2 to 3 business days to reach your designated address.
Please note our strict policy regarding order cancellations: you may cancel your order at any point while the product remains within our facility. However, once the package is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partners, cancellation is no longer possible, and the delivery must be completed as scheduled.
We operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. This means you do not provide any payment details online; instead, our delivery agents collect the full payment directly at your doorstep. We maintain complete transparency in our pricing, meaning there are absolutely no hidden fees, extra charges, or shipping costs added to your total at the time of delivery.
Returns, Inspections, and Refunds
We want you to feel confident when choosing our decorative pieces. To protect your purchase, we provide a comprehensive 30-day return policy that starts precisely from the day your package is delivered. This policy specifically covers scenarios where you receive a damaged or incorrect product. If this happens, please send an email to our support team at contact@selvorique.com . We will handle everything by arranging a courier pickup from your address at absolutely no charge to you.
Once the returned item arrives back at our warehouse, our team takes up to 24 hours to thoroughly inspect its condition. Following this inspection, we will determine the next steps based on product availability. If the item is in stock, we will immediately arrange a replacement to be sent to you. If the item is entirely unavailable, or if the damage is completely beyond repair, we will initiate a full refund.
Because our transactions are conducted entirely through COD , we do not possess any online payment records or billing data for our shoppers. Therefore, we will reach out to you via email to request your necessary banking details. Upon receiving this information, we will process your refund through a secure bank transfer. Once the transfer is initiated on our end, it typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the amount to show up in your bank account, depending entirely on your specific banking provider.
Please be aware that we do not charge any fees for restocking returned items. However, we do not entertain any returns, exchanges, or refunds resulting from a change of mind. We kindly ask that you place an order only when you are completely certain about your purchase decision.
